What is your positivity policy?Our mission is to help bring funding and awareness to the world’s greatest causes. Sometimes certain people don’t like certain things about great charities. That is what it is. We all value different kinds of good work in the world in our own ways, and with our own unique preferences. At Sevenly, we are committed to highlighting good words about good work, rather than creating a staging area for people to post things that might reflect a “glass half empty” approach to the work our charitable partners are doing. It’s what we call our Positivity Policy.

If I order multiple products, do they ship in one package?
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work. First, we process the order — we do the nitty-gritty backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your shirts. Then we print. We make every shirt to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple days, depending on volume. The bottom line: we want to get you the best cause art, on the best shirt, and make sure everything is just how you want it. From there, we package your order with love and send it on its way.
Our production time ten (10) business days or less.
Domestic orders will arrive between 1 to 7 days after they ship, depending on your location and your choice of standard or expedited shipping.
International orders can take 25-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs – unless you select expedited shipping.
What quality of apparel does Sevenly print on?Sevenly prints on high-quality, tag-less, apparel that are made of either 100% ringspun cotton, poly/cotton mix, poly/cotton/viscose, or tri-blend fabric.
Can I exchange my apparel for another size?We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If your clothing item doesn’t fit, please send it back to us within 60 days of purchase and if we have the size you need available, we will send it to you at no additional cost to you. If we do not have the size available, we would be more than happy to give you the full amount back in store credit, minus the donation to the charity (which will have already been donated).
